Our goal is for people to enjoy working for the company. We know that we operate in a dynamic, demanding environment, but we are also aware of how important it is for our professionals to reach a balance between their professional and private lives.
As a result, we focus on the work-life balance. Thanks to the use of technological innovations, 20% of our employees work from home and are not required to travel on a daily basis to the company premises.
