The Policyholder must notify Línea Directa Asistencia in the event that there occurs any type of variation in the data forwarded to Línea Directa Asistencia that is to be processed in accordance with the stipulations of this clause. Furthermore, in the event that data is supplied from a third-party, consent must have been granted from the latter and he or she must have been sent these clauses and agreed to them.
The Policyholder gives permission for his or her data to be processed according to the terms described and will always have the option of modifying the marketing preferences at any time, in addition to exercising his or her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in accordance with the stipulations of the current legislation, by writing to LÍNEA DIRECTA ASISTENCIA, in Tres Cantos, Madrid, Ronda de Europa 7, or by forwarding an email to email@example.com
